Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 300 g cream 30% fat
  • 7 g salt
  • Recipe preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with the other ingredients.
  2. Pour into a pacotizing® beaker and process twice with the coupe set knife with overpressure.
