Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
- 500 g avocado
- 180 g Sour cream
- 60 g red onions
- 20 g Lime juice
- 20 g Olive oil
- 7 g salt
- 10 g Coriander
Recipe preparation
- Halve the avocados, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and cut into small pieces. Finely dice the onion and blanch briefly. Mix all ingredients, pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
- Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
- When needed, pacotize® three times with normal pressure.
