Guacamole

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 500 g avocado
  • 180 g Sour cream
  • 60 g red onions
  • 20 g Lime juice
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 7 g salt
  • 10 g Coriander

Recipe preparation

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and cut into small pieces. Finely dice the onion and blanch briefly. Mix all ingredients, pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
  2. Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
  3. When needed, pacotize® three times with normal pressure.
